Information for commissioners
Click uses group video chat (Zoom) to deliver interesting and stimulating sessions that offer structure, meaningful activity and connection for people who experience social isolation. The service is for adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, who are over the age of 16.

- A flexible service tailored to our members’ needs with packages available that can be adapted to compliment other day service provisions, or our full timetable providing a weekly structure.
- Available with flexible costing for people who support more than one individual.
- Delivered by a trained team with 2 staff members in each session and an agreed duty of care to individuals - enabling us to flag any arising safeguarding concerns to the relevant authority.
- Person centred - members of Click will have the opportunity to change their weekly timetable to trial different sessions on a regular basis.
- Designed to complement established care packages, enabling choice for members. They can choose from a varied timetable and fill in gaps where there may be free days, evenings or weekends.

We offer a free 2 week unlimited trial for anyone wishing to join Click, to try out sessions and check the service is right for them. For a free trial please fill in our contact form.
On sign up, Click members will receive:
- A 1:1 video call both initially and regularly to keep a person centred approach to accessing and getting the most out of our service
- A welcome pack including tailored resources to help them access their sessions.
- Access to a private community Facebook page where they can communicate with their friends and celebrate achievements.
- Access to our dedicated YouTube channel which will have content just for our members as well as info for new people to our service.
- The chance to publish work in our ‘Click Gallery’ celebrating all of the creative things that come out of our sessions.
- The opportunity to contribute ideas and content for our sessions. We love people to join in the leading of sessions and share ways they would like to see our timetable/sessions develop.
Click is more than just online Zoom sessions. Building a community that continues outside of the sessions is a key part of what we aim to achieve.
Costs to commissioners
We sell packages of our sessions and we can be flexible to meet the needs of the individual. These costs are subject to added VAT, but because councils can claim this back, these are the costs to commissioners.
